(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The fine for prohibited or restricted parking as set forth in § 91.41 shall be as established by resolution of the City Council. The fine for violation of § 91.36 shall be established by resolution of the City Council. The fine for violation of § 91.39 shall be established by resolution of the City Council. All fines for violations identified herein shall be payable at the City Hall within five days from issuance. In the event of a failure to pay such fine within five days or in the event of a not guilty plea, the matter shall be heard by the magistrate court of the Second Judicial Circuit which shall impose a fine not to exceed that amount permitted by the laws of the state.
