§ 91.43 EMERGENCY SNOW ROUTES.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall affect the application and enforcement of any city rules or regulations pertaining to emergency snow routes that the Council may from time to time designate, which emergency snow routes may have stricter standards than those prescribed in this subchapter.
