§ 91.41 PARKING DURING SNOW REMOVAL ALERT.
   (A)   During any snow removal alert, parking of vehicles on any public street, or leaving any other movable property item upon any public street within the city shall be prohibited, on both sides of any street and regardless of the directional run of any street. Off-street parking will be made available for residents on the north side of the Baltic Lounge parking lot and on the south New Baltic Heights Park parking lot.
   (B)   Violations of this section, such that the plow cannot make its initial pass, shall subject the vehicle or property item to immediate removal by or at the direction of the city, without notice to the owner or person in control or possession thereof. Removal shall be at the expense and risk of the owner or person in control or possession thereof. The removal, at the direction of the city, may be done by city crews or by private tow truck, wrecker, or other operator, without risk or liability to the city or private business person doing the removal. Once removed, the vehicle or other property item removed shall be impounded by the city or private business person until the owner or persons in control or possession shall pay the towing and storage charges.
   (C)   Any violation shall subject the owner or person in control or possession of any vehicle or other movable property item to citation and fine therefor, as set forth in § 91.99.
   (D)   Parking will be allowed on St. Olaf Avenue after all snow has been removed from that street from curb to curb.
