Customers will have multiple opportunities to comment on the provisions of the Water Shortage Response Plan. A public hearing will be scheduled to receive public comment at a regular business meeting of the Town Governing Board. Notice of the public hearing will be advertised in a local paper with general circulation. Notice will also be given to the public that the Water Shortage Response Plan will be available at the Town Hall for public review at least 30 days prior to the scheduled public hearing.
