Division of Fire
   EDITOR'S NOTE: The City enters into agreements for mutual aid for additional fire and emergency protection in the County. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and agreements may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
   Resolution R-42-00, passed September 11, 2000, authorized the Fire Division to provide fire protection and emergency services, as determined by the Fire Chief or officer on duty, upon the request of any political subdivision of the state, without the need for pre-existing contracts or agreements with the jurisdiction requesting such services. Copies of this resolution may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
