246.13 ACCIDENT INSURANCE.

The City will pay the monthly premium for accidental death, dismemberment, loss of sight, and permanent disability insurance to the Ohio Municipal League Group Accident Plan. Additional amounts of insurance may be purchased at no cost to the City, with the yearly premium payable in advance. This benefit shall apply to all full-time employees.
