CHAPTER 210: ASSESSMENTS

Section

210.01 Projects costing $500 or less

§ 210.01 PROJECTS COSTING $500 OR LESS.

If the estimated cost of a public project is less than the administrative costs involved to levy and collect special assessments for that project, and the total amount of special assessments to be collected is $500 or less for such project, the city may assume and pay the costs of such public project.
