§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) in the discretion of the court or jury trying the case.
   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 151.15 through 151.27 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 in the discretion of the court or jury trying the case.    (D)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of § 151.02 or fail to comply therewith, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order or regulation made pursuant thereto, shall severally, for each and every such violation and noncompliance therewith, be deemed guilty of a violation as defined by the Kentucky Penal Code (KRS Chapters 500 through 534) and punished by imposition of a fine as provided thereunder.
      (2)   The imposition of one penalty for any violation of § 151.02 shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue and all such persons, firms or corporations shall be required to correct or remedy such violations or defects immediately. Each period of ten days that conditions prohibited by § 151.02 are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.
   (E)   Any person who shall violate § 151.41 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed the sum of $1,000, by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 360 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
   (F)   Any person, firm, corporation or entity that violates any of the provisions of §§ 151.55 through 151.62 or any other law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine and/or imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of KRS 534.040.
