An electrical installation which has been inspected by the Electrical Inspector as meeting the standards of the National Electrical Code shall be furnished with an approval sticker bearing the signature of the Electrical Inspector and his or her certification number to be placed in a conspicuous place on the main service entrance equipment. The Electrical Inspector shall also provide a certificate of compliance; if same is requested. The Electrical Inspector shall keep a record of each inspection and such records shall be made available to the Department of Housing, Building and Construction, Electrical Division, upon its request.
