(A) Any person who violates any provision of this traffic code, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Penalties for violation of § 70.05 and Chapters 71 through 74 are set forth in the fine schedule in Chapter 36, Appendix A.

(1) For a first offense, the offending bicycle, skateboard, or other object shall be impounded for a period of one week;
(2) For a second violation, the bicycle, skateboard, or other offending object shall be impounded for a period of four weeks; and
(3) For a third or subsequent violation, the offending object shall be confiscated and retained by the Police Department as confiscated property and disposed of pursuant to state law.

(D) Any one violating any of the provisions of § 70.60 shall be subject to a fine of $25 for a first violation, $50 for a second violation, and $75 for a third violation. If a person is cited for a violation of § 70.60 more than three times, the registration shall be revoked and the golf cart shall no longer be allowed to operate in the limits of the town.
