(A) The Town Council is hereby authorized to erect signs indicating no parking upon that side of any street adjacent to any school property when such parking would, in the opinion of the Town Council, interfere with traffic or create a hazardous situation.
(B) When official signs are erected indicating no parking upon that side of the street adjacent to any school property, no person shall park a vehicle in any such designated place.
