No part of §§ 72.04 through 72.08, or Chapter 74 Schedules II and III shall take effect until the appropriate sign has been installed at the appropriate locations within the town, and such signs shall be constructed, designed, and placed in conformance with the Indiana Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, published by the Department of Highways and incorporated into state law by I.C. 9-21-4-1.
