4-15-4: FEES:

The annual license fee for a license granted under this chapter shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). Any restaurant, coffeehouse, or retail beverage dealer currently operating within the village and who has a valid license under section 4-6-2 shall be exempt from paying any license fees for a permit granted under this chapter.
