SUBTITLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 12-1-101. Authority to provide for in budget.
   The County Executive may provide in the current expense budget, the capital budget, and the capital program of the County sums of money necessary for fire suppression, fire prevention, fire training, fire communications, rescue services, and ambulance services in the County.

§ 12-1-102. Contracts with other governments.
   After consulting with and seeking the advice of the Fire Chief and the Fire Advisory Board, the County Executive may enter into contracts or agreements with another political subdivision or municipal corporation in the State for the purpose of rendering fire suppression services in the County.
