(a) Submission to Fire Chief. At least 150 days before the end of each fiscal year, each volunteer fire company and each volunteer ambulance and rescue squad shall submit to the Fire Chief an annual work program setting forth the nature, volume, costs, and other factors concerning the work to be performed and the estimate of expenditures for their operations for the ensuing fiscal year.
(b) Submission to Budget Officer. The Fire Chief shall review, adjust, and compile the work programs and estimates of expenditures for submittal to the Budget Officer as part of the total annual work program and budgets of the Fire Department as provided in § 704 of the Charter.
