EDITOR’S NOTE: Former Chapters 149, 151, 153 and 155 of the Codified Ordinances entitled “Division of Water”, “Division of Electricity”, “Division of Sewers and Waste Water Treatment” and “Division of Streets”, respectively, have been eliminated since these divisions now constitute the Division of Municipal Utilities. Provisions pertaining to the new Division of Municipal Utilities which are of a permanent and general nature are codified below.
