149.01 DEPARTMENTS INCLUDED IN DIVISION.

The Division of Municipal Utilities is hereby created. The Division shall consist of the following departments: Electric Department, Water Department, Accounting and Billing Department, Sewer Department (Treatment Plant and Collection Department) and Street Department.
