§ 10. MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF RECORDS.
   (A)   Grantee shall at all times make and keep full and complete plats, maps, and other records showing the location and size of all elements comprising grantee’s distribution system within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   Grantee shall permit grantor to inspect and audit during regular business hours the relevant books, records, plats, and maps kept by grantee pursuant to this section.
