(A) The distribution system of the grantee shall at all times be installed, operated, and maintained in such condition as will enable the grantee to furnish adequate and continuous service as required by the orders, rules, and regulations of the Corporation Commission of the state or other regulatory authority having jurisdiction.
(B) In the event that the Corporation Commission of the state or other state regulatory authority should be deprived of the authority to regulate grantee, then grantor shall have the authority to set rates, terms, and conditions of service for transportation, distribution, or sale of natural gas by grantee within the corporation limits of the city.
