§ 30.20. USES PERMITTED IN COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS.

   (A)   Uses permitted in the commercial and industrial districts shall be as set forth in Table 1 of this article, wherein N.E.C. means not elsewhere classified in this table, and the letters in the district columns have the following meanings.

      A. The indicated use is permitted as an accessory use in the indicated district.

      P. The indicated use is permitted in the indicated district, subject to the granting of a conditional use permit by the Board of Adjustment, as provided in § 70.70.

      X. The indicated use is permitted in the indicated district as a use of right.
