The fabricating and/or assembling of articles from leather, wood, or such previously manufactured materials as cloth, glass, metal, paper, and plastics is limited to 3,500 square feet of floor area per establishment in the CI and CS districts and 7,000 square feet per establishment in the CG district. In the CI district, such uses located on the street level shall be at least 50 feet from the nearest street line.
