GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 31.01 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS REQUIRED.
   All boards, commissions and the like that receive town funds shall make written financial statements to the Town Manager quarterly and at other times as requested by the Town Manager.

BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT
§ 31.20 ESTABLISHMENT.
   A Building Inspection Department is required to be established under one of the options set forth in G.S. § 160D-1102. For provisions concerning the enforcement of the building regulations of the town, see Chapter 150.

PLANNING BOARD
§ 31.30 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There shall be a Town Planning Board, established and continued under the authority of G.S. §§ 160D-301 et seq.
