705.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall open, conduct, maintain or operate a billiard parlor or poolroom for revenue or pay in the City, unless such person shall have first been duly licensed by the City for such purpose.

705.02 LICENSE APPLICATION.
   Every person desiring to open, conduct, maintain or operate a billiard parlor or poolroom for revenue or pay shall make application to the Director of Public Safety for a license therefor, which application shall be in the form prescribed herein. Such application shall be filed at least ten days prior to the time of granting such license.
