705.09 LICENSE REVOCATION.

Any license issued under the terms of this chapter shall be revoked at any time by the Director of Public Safety on conviction that betting or gambling or other violation of the laws or ordinances is permitted to take place on the premises of such billiard parlor or poolroom.
