Every applicant to whom a license is issued for the operation of a poolroom or billiard room shall pay an annual fee therefor in the following amounts:
(a) Pool and billiard room: | ten dollars($10.00) for the first table and five dollars($5.00) for each table thereafter, with a maximum fee of sixty dollars ($60.00) per each establishment. |
(b) All licenses shall expire at midnight on January 31 of each year. When such license is taken out or issued after July 31 of any year, the fee shall be one-half such sum. All money received by way of license fees shall be paid into the General Fund.
