The permits required by the provisions of Section 6-4.01 of this chapter may be granted at any time during the calendar year and shall remain in force until the expiration of the calendar year in which the permits are granted, unless sooner suspended or revoked for cause, and no permit shall be granted unless the applicant pays such fees as the Board may establish by resolution.
