(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A person who commits the offense of larceny, per § 152.001 of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500 or three times the value of the property stolen, whichever is greater, or both imprisonment and a fine.

(C) A person who violates § 152.002 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500 or three times the value of the property purchased, received, possessed or concealed, whichever is greater, or both imprisonment and a fine.

(D) Any person who violates § 152.003 of this chapter is guilty of retail fraud, a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or a fine of not more than $500 or three times the value of the difference in price, property stolen or money or property obtained or attempted to be obtained, whichever is greater, or both imprisonment and a fine.

(E) A person who violates § 152.004 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500 or three times the value of the property, whichever is greater, or both imprisonment and a fine.

(F) Any person violating § 152.006 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500 or three times the amount of the destruction or injury, whichever is greater, or both imprisonment and a fine.

(G) Any person violating § 152.007 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500 or three times the amount of the destruction or injury, whichever is greater, or both imprisonment and a fine.

(H) Any person violating § 152.009 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500 or three times the amount of the destruction or injury, whichever is greater, or both imprisonment and a fine.

(I) If the citation, per § 152.012(C) of this chapter, proceeds to court and the property owner or contractor is found responsible, then a fine and cost may be assessed not to exceed $500. The court, when assessing any fine or costs, may take into consideration any corrective action that has been taken by the defendant, including the payment of any restitution.

(J) Persons carrying or in possession or control of or having access to such devices, commonly known as pagers, beepers or any other device of similar design or purpose, whether operating or not, per § 152.014 of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum fine of $100 or 90 days in jail, or both. Persons having legitimate medical or other unusual reasons for possessing said devices and with written permission of the city’s School Board shall be exempt from this section.

(K) Any person violating § 152.015 of this chapter be responsible for a civil infraction and subject to a fine not to exceed $100, plus any court costs that may be incurred.

(L) Any person violating § 152.016 of this chapter shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 and for costs incurred by the city in enforcing this provision as allowed by law.
