§ 152.014 UNAUTHORIZED PAGERS, BEEPERS AND OTHER DEVICES BY STUDENTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person enrolled as a student in any private or public school system in the city to possess, carry or otherwise have control of or access to any device which is capable of receiving a remote signal by radio wave or other means while on school property.
