(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violation of § 94.007 of this chapter shall constitute a municipal civil infraction. A defendant who is found responsible for a violation designated as a municipal civil infraction, whether by admission or by court determination, is subject to a civil fine not to exceed $500 per offense, plus court costs. Any subsequent violation of § 94.007 of this chapter may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor with fines not exceeding $500 and/or 90 days in jail. Each day that the violation occurs constitutes a separate violation.

(C) (1) Any person who parks on any city street in a residential area in a manner which is in violation of § 94.020 of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction and is subject to the penalties set forth herein.
(2) Any person who violates any provision of § 94.020 of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction and will be responsible to pay a fine not to exceed $500, plus court costs. Each day the unreasonable use of property continues constitutes a separate offense.

(a) For the first violation: a fine not exceeding $500, plus court costs; and
(b) For a second or subsequent violation(s): a mandatory fine of $500, plus court costs.
(2) Each day that a violation(s) is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. The imposition of any infraction shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the other requirements contained in Ch. 51 of this code of ordinances, including, but not limited to, the abatement of violations and the payment of the costs for removal of any yard waste, tall grass or noxious weeds incurred by the city.

(2) In addition, the Department of Legal Affairs may, at the request of the City Council, file an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover the full value of the injuries done to the natural resources of the city and the costs of surveillance and enforcement by the city resulting from any violation.
