§ 70.47 PARKING PROHIBITIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any of the vehicles defined in § 70.46 within the corporate limits of the town, except in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.

§ 70.48 PARKING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle as defined in this chapter for the purpose of habitation overnight upon any public property within the corporate limits of the town, including but not being limited to, public streets and street rights-of-way, sidewalks, parking lots, and any other public areas.

§ 70.49 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR PURPOSE OF HABITATION PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a camper, motor home, pickup camper or trailer for the purpose of habitation overnight upon any private property located within the corporate limits of the town.

§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A) Failure to comply with §§ 70.35 through 70.37 in a timely manner shall subject the violator to a civil penalty of $15 for each offense. (Ord., passed 12-13-79)
   (B) In accordance with G.S. § 160A-175, and unless provided otherwise, violation of any provision of this title for which a penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be a misdemeanor as provided in G.S. § 14-4, punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding $50 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days.
