§ 70.46 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "CAMPER." A separate vehicle designed for human habitation and which can be attached to or detached from a pickup truck, automobile, or other motor vehicle.
   "MOTOR HOME." A self-contained vehicle designed for human habitation, with its own motive power and with a passageway from the body of the home to the driver's and front passenger's seats (including vehicles commonly termed "vans.")
   "MOTOR VEHICLE." Every vehicle which is self-propelled and every vehicle designed to run upon the highways which is pulled by a self-propelled vehicle.
   "PICKUP TRUCK CAMPER." A motor vehicle designed primarily for the transportation of property which has been modified for human habitation by the erection of a weather-type canopy roof, or cover over the rear bed of the vehicle.
   "TRAILER." A vehicle without motive power designed for human habitation on its own structure and to be drawn by a vehicle with motive power.
