709.99 PENALTY.

(b) Whoever violates Sections 709.08, 709.09., 709.11 or 709.15 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to immediate revocation of his license.

(c) Whoever violates Section 709.10 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree, and in addition shall be subject to immediate revocation of his license.
