No person shall give a public dance, roller skating or like entertainment in this City without having first obtained from the City Clerk a license therefor. The license fee for such dance or entertainment shall be two dollars ($2.00) for twenty-four hours and fifty dollars ($50.00) for one year. All license fees collected shall be paid into the General Revenue Fund.
