709.13 BOWLING ALLEYS; LICENSE; FEE.

No person shall operate or maintain a bowling alley open to the public without first having obtained a license therefor. The license fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for each alley. All license fees shall be paid to the General Revenue Fund.
