No person shall himself or through any agent conduct any amusement in this City without first having secured from the City Clerk a license therefor. The license fee shall be as follows:
(a) For one day, $1.00.
(b) For one week, $5.00.
(c) For one year, $25.00.
All license fees collected shall be paid into the General Revenue Fund.
