150.141: ADDITIONS, INSERTIONS AND CHANGES:

The following sections of the international private sewage disposal code, as set forth in section 150.140 of this chapter, are hereby revised as follows:

Section 101.1 Insert: city of Woodward.

Section 106.4.2 See section 150.097 of the city code for fee schedule.

Section 106.4.3 Delete: All section 106.4.3.

Section 108.4 Insert: Misdemeanor, $100 and no imprisonment.

Section 108.5 Insert: $20 and $100 per offense per day.
