That certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of code enforcement of the city, being marked and designated as international private sewage disposal code, 2018 edition, as published by the ICC, is hereby adopted as the private sewage disposal code; regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of sewage systems in the city; providing the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor.
