92.46: AUTHORITY OF FIRE CHIEF; DETERMINATION:
   A.   The fire chief is authorized to determine whether the condition of property within the city limits constitutes a detriment or hazard, and whether the public and the property would be benefited by the removal of such conditions and that the property should be cleaned or mowed in accordance with the procedures set out in subsection B of this section and sections 92.47 through 92.52 of this chapter.
   B.   Upon receipt of information, complaint or visual inspection, the fire chief may determine whether property within the city must be cleaned or mowed; provided, such determination may be made pursuant to a hearing or through visual inspection. (2001 Code § 92.46)
