92.52: CONSENT OF OWNER TO AUTHORIZE REMOVAL:
Nothing in this subchapter shall prevent the property owner from submitting written consent to the city authorizing the cleaning or mowing by the city, with the assessment to the property owner of costs incurred by the city. (2001 Code § 92.52)
