§ 92.11 ANIMALS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to bring any dog or other animal within any park within the city unless the same is kept in control by a leash. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any dog or other animal owned by him or her or accompanying him or her to run loose in or about the parks of the city.
