No person shall commit any act of disorderly, unchaste or lewd conduct, or habitual loafing, or sleep on the ground or benches. No person shall engage in any quarrel or fight, or mark, aid or assist in making any disorderly noise, riot or disturbance of the peace within the limits of any park, boulevard, parkway, park road or public ground within the city.
