§ 92.15 USE OF CITY PROPERTY (LIABILITY INSURANCE).
   (A)   Any person or group, who obtains permission from the city to use city property for any activity that is for profit or personal gain wherein members of the public are invited to attend, shall first acquire liability insurance in an amount of at least $250,000 and shall name the city as an additional insured.
   (B)   The city shall be held harmless by said organization for any and all personal or property injuries that might occur to any person during such activity.
