149.01 CLERK.

There is hereby created the position of Clerk of the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals of the City, such Clerk to be appointed by the Mayor, to serve at the pleasure of the Mayor, under the direction of the Board. The Clerk shall maintain and keep the journal, docket papers and files of the Board.
