Trees shall be selected and incorporated in accordance with the City of Whitehall's
Street Tree Master Planting Design and Zoning Code. The City Administrator
or their Agent shall approve the tree plan for any newly developed City
treelawns and in accordance to the adopted Zoning Code.

The City of Whitehall shall make every effort to design and construct space that will
accommodate and promote Large Trees and quality tree canopy. The
City Administrator or their Agent shall approve all commercial and
downtown design and construction plans.
