903.30 COLLECTION OF PERMIT FEES.
   (a)    All fees for permits for the construction of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots and curb openings shall be collected by the Director of Public Service at the time of the issuance of the permits called for in Sections 903.07, 903.14 and 903.29. The money so received for permits for construction of sidewalks, parking lots, driveways and curb openings shall constitute and be made a part of the total of the receipts of the Director for each calendar year.
   (b)    Such moneys so paid to the Director shall, by him, be accounted for in his monthly report and all such money shall be credited to the general fund of the City by the Auditor.
