903.29 PERMIT FEES FOR PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION.
The Director of Public Service is ordered to charge a fee for all parking lot permits.
The fee shall be based on the size of the lot and shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) for the first 2,000 square feet and ten dollars ($10.00) for every 4,000 square feet thereafter; in addition standby inspection moneys shall be required with the amount determined by the magnitude of construction.
