(A) All vehicular traffic shall be prohibited from turning right against a red or stop signal, at the intersections of Main and First Streets, Main and Second Streets, Main and Third Streets, Third and Court Streets, and Second and Center Street in the city, and that apt and proper signs be erected at such intersections giving notice thereof.
(B) (1) At the intersection of Main Avenue and First Street, in the city, a notice of the prohibition against turning right on red signal from First Street north on to Main Avenue and from Main Avenue on to First Street shall be removed and right turns in accordance with the statute aforesaid shall be permitted.
(2) At the intersection of Main Avenue and Second Street in said city, the signs and notices prohibiting right turn in the northbound lane of Main Avenue and the southbound lane on Main Avenue shall be removed and right turns permitted in accordance with said statute.
(3) At the intersection of Main Avenue and Third Street in said city, all signs or notices prohibiting right turn on red shall be removed and a right turn on a red signal shall be permitted in accordance with the statute.
(4) At the intersection of Court Avenue and Third Street in said city all signs or notices prohibiting a right turn on red signal shall be removed and right turn on red permitted in accordance with said statute, except for the northbound lane on Court Avenue.
(5) The Street Commissioner of the city is hereby authorized and directed to take the necessary and appropriate action to remove the signs or notices aforesaid in accordance with the terms and provisions of this division (B).
