9-13-3: COMPLIANCE WITH CITY BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS:
In order to satisfy the requirements of this chapter, the existing building or structure which is to be submitted to the horizontal property regime must meet all city building code requirements which are in effect as of the date of filing of the declaration with the city building official.
