§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of §§ 70.98 and 70.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person charged with a violation of § 73.41 shall be fined $5.
      (2)   Any person charged with a violation of § 73.42(A) shall be fined in accordance with the following schedule:
         (a)   Ten dollars if paid within ten days, of issuance of the parking ticket indicating the violation.
         (b)   Twenty-five dollars if paid after ten days of issuance of the parking ticket indicating the violation.
      (3)   Any person charged with a violation of § 73.42(B) shall be fined $20.
      (4)   Any person charged with a violation of § 73.43 shall be fined $20.
       (5)   Any person charged with any violations of the provisions of §§ 73.40 through 73.44 for which payment of a prescribed fine may be made, may pay such sum in the manner prescribed on the issued parking ticket violation notice.
      (6)   Payment of such fines shall be deemed a plea of guilty, waiver of court appearance and acknowledgment of conviction of the alleged offense and may be accepted in full satisfaction of the prescribed penalty for such alleged violation. Payment of the prescribed fine need not be accepted when laws prescribe that a certain number of such offenses shall require court appearance.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 73.45 shall be fined the sum of $25.
