§ 73.40 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PARKING. The standing of a vehicle upon a street or public area whether such vehicle is occupied or not and whether such vehicle be accompanied or not by an operator for a period of time in excess of two minutes.
   PARKING SPACE. A portion of the paved surface of the street or city property of sufficient length and depth from the sidewalk or curb to accommodate a vehicle to be parked, as specified and marked off by the City Manager.
